Tidbix Acceptable Use Policy
Version 0.1 · Effective July 12, 2026 · This version is a working draft under review by counsel; material changes will be announced before they take effect.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Tidbix is a workspace where founders do real work and meet real collaborators — these rules keep it that way.
Don't use Tidbix to:
Harm people.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other members — in posts, profiles, or direct messages.
- Post hateful content targeting people for who they are.
- Share someone's private information without their consent.
- Impersonate any person or company, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Break the law.
- Do anything illegal, or promote illegal ventures.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets (see the DMCA & Copyright Policy).
- Post content that is fraudulent or deliberately deceptive, including scam "opportunities" aimed at other founders.
- Post sexually explicit content or any content sexualizing minors (zero tolerance; reported to authorities).
Abuse the platform.
- Probe, scan, or breach security; access data or accounts that aren't yours; test our rate limits or run-limit controls.
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content or member data, or use the Service to build a competing dataset or product.
- Send spam — in messages, posts, or "looking for" listings. Cold outreach is fine once; bulk unsolicited pitching is not.
- Upload malware or use the Service to distribute it.
- Circumvent plan entitlements, resell access, or share accounts.
- Abuse the AI features: attempting to extract other members' data from them, generating content that violates this policy, or automating high-volume runs.
Community mechanics — what we provide and what we do
- Report: every member can report a profile, post, or message in-product. Reports are reviewed, and we aim to act on credible reports promptly.
- Block: you can block any member; blocking cuts both directions — they can't see your profile, match with you, or message you.
- Enforcement: depending on severity we may remove content, warn, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts (Terms of Service, Section 16), and we may preserve and share information with law enforcement where legally required.
- Appeals: if you believe we got it wrong, reply to the enforcement notice or email legal@tidbix.com.
We don't pre-screen private content and we're not obligated to monitor, but we act on what's reported and what we find.
