Tidbix Purchase & Refund Policy
Version 0.2 · Effective August 14, 2026 · This version is a working draft under review by counsel; material changes will be announced before they take effect.
All purchases are web purchases processed by Stripe. Tidbix has no mobile app and no app-store purchases.
What we sell
Every Tidbix product is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, and nothing renews or bills you again.

The phases are sequential: each one builds on the evidence the previous one produced, and checkout enforces that order.
Operations ($499, one-time, standalone) is announced but not yet purchasable — we don't sell what isn't built. When it opens, its price and refund terms will appear here first.
Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. There are no free trials today; if we add one, its terms (length, what happens at the end, how to cancel before billing) will be shown before you start it.
If we change a price, the change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect — never to something you already bought.
Refunds
All refunds are issued by Tidbix through Stripe to your original payment method.
Each phase carries a 14-day no-questions refund from purchase, with one condition: the window closes early once you pass that phase's first gate, because by then the phase's core value has been delivered. The exact condition is shown next to the buy button before you purchase.

Beyond that:
- If we materially remove a feature you purchased, or discontinue the Service, we'll refund a fair portion of what you paid for what you didn't get.
- Billing errors and duplicates: always refunded — email legal@tidbix.com.
EU/UK consumers: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content and services, beginning to use the product during the withdrawal period with your express acknowledgment may affect that right; where the statutory right is broader than this policy, the statute wins.
Nothing to cancel
Because every product is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge to stop. Your access to a phase you bought does not expire.
If you want to stop using Tidbix entirely, you can delete your account and your work at Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and does not itself entitle you to a refund outside the windows above.
Failed and disputed payments
If a payment fails at checkout, the purchase simply doesn't complete and no access is granted. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email us before opening a dispute — billing errors are always refunded, and we'd rather fix it directly.
We don't delete your work over a payment issue.
